Chicken curry

This was something I cooked yesterday. I made it for one of the families from my husbands squadron. And they loved it.. I hope you will too.
four people: 4 chicken breasts chopped.
chopped onions (half or one full one)
3 cloves of garlic chopped
3 garlic cloves and little bit of ginger smashed to add in the end.


These.. and mash ginger and garlic into a paste. 
1.Two table spoon of vegetable oil/olive oil on hot pan and satay garlic and add chopped chicken, stir and cover for 5 minutes to cook little bit.
2.Meat is little cooked. Add some chili powder and 2 pinches of turmeric (it is also an antiseptic, i add a pinch in every meat i cook) and stir and add Onions.
3.After onions are little cooked, add some soy sauce (about 2 table spoons) and stir.
4.Add tomatoes and cover it for few minutes until tomatoes are cooked.
5. When tomatoes are cooked stir and add ginger, garlic paste on top and cover it for flavor to sink in. (you can turn the stove off at this point, chicken should be cooked, but if you want the ginger, garlic paste to cook little bit,just cover it and put it on the lowest heat. Stir after 5 minutes and turn the stove off)
6. Top it with some cilantro and cover it.
Stir and serve whenever you are ready.
